Before I go any further, I want to address something:

I am a fan of intimate weddings with 60 guests, and large affairs with 400.

I love ceremonies and receptions that take place in: churches, chaples, fields, your parents' backyard, city hall, arenas, mountains, community centres, gardens, hotels, banquet halls, boats, outer space, in a box with a fox.

What I'm trying to get at is that I want to see everything. I am well aware that in the wedding industry, there are certain "expectations" and people don't want to see "normal." I don't care if your engagement shoot was in your backyard or if your bachelorette party didn't start off in a limousine. I don't care if you didn't DIY your whole wedding or if you have never even heard of Etsy.

Here's what to send:

• 10-25 photos including, but not limited to: bride and groom's attire, wedding party attire, florals and decor, food, invitations and other stationary, venue photos [your own, not from the venue's website], special features (ie: pets during the ceremony, etc)
• As much information as possible about your vendors (ie: provide name of florist and website and/or email)
• A short bio about yourself and your significant other, and any thoughts on the celebration that you are providing, such as:
  
  //   Why you chose the location(s) you chose
  //   The "vision" you had for your wedding day
  //   Your favourite memory
